About Caroline Van Arsdale
Caroline came to Silverleaf Realty in 2021 with more than 15 years of experience in luxury sales and nearly a decade in high-end real estate. Most recently, she led residential home sales and marketing for a boutique commercial and residential real estate company in the Valley. Caroline began her career in the service industry and honed her sales skills at some of the most iconic Arizona properties, including the Silverleaf Club and El Chorro Lodge. Her success was largely due to her keen ability to intuit her clients’ needs and visions — a skill her real estate clients find invaluable. An active member of the community with a special interest in childhood health and wellness, Caroline serves on the board of directors for Rett Eliminated Together Today, is an ambassador for Acadia Pharmaceuticals Rett Parents Council and Tgen Center for Rare Childhood Disorder for Rett Syndrome Research and works with the Phoenix Children’s Neuroscience Parent and Family Advisory Council. She also raises money for TGEN’s Center for Rare Childhood Disorders, the University of Arizona’s Steele Children’s Research Center and several scientific labs worldwide. When she’s not working or championing genetic research, Caroline can be found cooking, hiking, skiing and spending time with her two children.
