With more than 15 years of hospitality sales experience working with Luxury Resorts, Jen was the perfect fit to join Silverleaf Realty and the Laura Lester Team in 2021. Before that, Jen owned and operated her own consulting business, where she helped strategically reposition properties post-renovation as well as gain exposure and broaden market share for her clients.
She’s a California native who quickly fell in love with the desert lifestyle, making it her permanent home. She is an active resident of the Silverleaf at DC Ranch community and a Silverleaf Club member.
Jen also lends her time and talents to various charitable organizations. Currently, she sits on the board of Nourish Every Child, an Arizona-based nonprofit providing educational scholarships and critical nutrition to underserved communities in Haiti. She is also a member of the Baller Dream Foundation’s Champions Council, supporting children and their families while battling cancer.
Her breadth of experience in the local luxury market, her standing in the community and her familiarity with the construction and build process make her a fantastic advocate for any buyer or seller in the Valley.
